Payment Options & Policies
Please review our payment options and policies below. We strive to make the payment process easy for families. Our secure client portal offers a convenient way to add, store, and modify payment methods at any time.

A deposit of $1,500 is required to reserve your testing dates for a comprehensive evaluation. The deposit is due when the testing dates are scheduled and must be received within 7 days to hold your dates.

The full balance of the assessment is due 2 weeks before the first scheduled testing day. Our office will email an invoice for the balance when it is due. Your testing dates may be released and/or rescheduled in the event payment is not received.

We accept payment by check, ACH bank transfer, and credit card. Credit card payments are assessed an additional 3.5% technology fee, which will be added to your invoice.

With advance arrangements, a 3-month payment plan is available to families who wish to break up the assessment balance after paying the deposit. The first payment is due on the first day of testing; the second payment will be made 1 month later, and the final payment one month after. Payment plans require that an ACH account or credit card be on file. Please email admin@orenboxerphd.com to make arrangements.
