Clinical Training

Practicum Program and Postdoctoral Fellowship

Insight Collective offers advanced clinical training opportunities for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows seeking experience in comprehensive assessment and integrated care for children, adolescents, and young adults. Our training programs emphasize the development of strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and evidence informed decision making within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Practicum Training

Practicum trainees receive supervised experience in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment, clinical interviewing, test administration, scoring and interpretation, report writing, and feedback processes. Trainees gain exposure to a wide range of developmental, learning, emotional, and neurodevelopmental presentations.

Training includes participation in case consultation, didactic seminars, and structured supervision designed to support the integration of theory and clinical practice. Emphasis is placed on developing clear clinical formulations and practical, meaningful recommendations for families and schools.

Postdoctoral Fellowship

The postdoctoral fellowship provides advanced, intensive training in pediatric neuropsychology and related clinical services. Fellows refine competencies in comprehensive assessment, differential diagnosis, clinical conceptualization, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

In addition to rigorous clinical training, fellows gain exposure to the unique structure of our integrated private practice model. This includes developing a practical understanding of how clinical services are organized, delivered, and sustained within a multidisciplinary setting. Fellows learn about aspects of practice development such as workflow, ethical business operations, collaborative care coordination, and the translation of clinical expertise into accessible, high quality services for families.

Fellows participate in all aspects of the clinical process, including intake, assessment planning, test interpretation, feedback delivery, and coordination of care. Opportunities may also include involvement in program development, supervision of trainees, and specialized clinical services depending on training goals and program needs.
